Return and Warranty Policy
At Sickle we stand behind our high quality products. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return the item for an exchange, repair, or refund. Please make sure that the original tags are still attached unless the item is being sent back for a repair. New items being returned for a refund need to be received within 90 days of purchase. We can only issue a refund for items that were purchased directly from Sickle.com. The law requires that any garments sent back for repair must be clean and washed. We recommend that you send the item back using a carrier that has tracking such as UPS, Fedex, or USPS Priority with tracking. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost in transit to our returns department. Please enclose the return form that was included in the original order and send it and the product to the address below. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Shipping/Order Status
All orders ship for just $3.95 via UPS Ground. This rate applies only to shipments to street addresses. APO and PO boxes must select USPS as the method of shipping. Most orders will ship out within 24 hours. We will email you a tracking number once the order has been processed. You may also log into your account to find your tracking information. Standard shipping is via UPS ground. If you desire your order to be sent to a PO Box, then please select the USPS method of shipping in the check out window. Transit time varies between 1-5 business day depending upon how far you are from California.
Sales Tax
Sales taxed is charged for orders that are purchased within California. The tax rate is 7.25%

For orders placed through our website we use Thawte encryption software, making all your online purchases with us safe and secure. We use Authorize.net as our secure payment gateway so your credit card information is never stored here at Sickle.
